- Here is a list of my most valuable online resources (continously updated with the latest additions at the bottom of the list):
1. http://www.itl.nist.
gov/div898/handbook/ - This is an online handbook of statistical methods published by the goverment of the United States. 2. http://elsmar.com/Fo rums/ - Meet the brightest minds of quality practioners as they discuss very relevant topics. I participate here, but compared to most of them im but a novice. 3. http://www.statsoft. com/textbook/stathom e.html - An online textbook on the most applied Statistical Analysis and Tools. 4. http://reliability.s andia.gov/index.html -- A good resource on many industrial engineering and quality/reliability assurance concepts. Seems to be funded by the US government. 5. http://www.asq.org/l earn-about-quality/- The official website of the American Society for quality 6. http://www.isixsigma .com/ -- The website of a famous six sigma consulting fir,. Free resources are available. - As i go through my carreer, I realize that along the way I am picking a lot of lessons that will sure to be of great use in the near future. Unfortunately my memory's capacity is limited, and data are not easily retrievable as that of a personal computer. That is why i decided to blog. Thanks to current technology I can keep a journal of what I am learning and what I remember to have learned, and that not in a way that can be boring. Ancient Greeks have said that knowledge shared is knowledge mulitplied. I hope that this site proves that to be true. I am not trying to be a know-it-all expert here, but i look forward to share what i know, and open a channel for discussion that all visitors can learn as well as they drop-by. So here it goes, good luck to me! --Reynald
